Over the past two decades, I've had the privilege of helping organizations create greater impact in our world. As the founder of YourCause, I had the opportunity to work alongside thousands of companies and millions of employees to make giving and volunteering more accessible and meaningful. Since then, technology, AI, and employee expectations have evolved dramatically, yet many of the tools that support workplace impact have not. That's what inspired me to return to this space and build momoGood.

Before building what comes next, I want to learn. I'm reaching out because I want to better understand how employees think about giving, matching gifts, payroll deduction, volunteering, and the many ways they support the causes they care about. Rather than make assumptions, I'd rather listen.

This survey is the first in a series designed to help us build a deeper understanding of the future of workplace impact from the employee perspective. There are no right or wrong answers. Your honest feedback will directly influence how we think about the next generation of solutions and the experiences we create.

The survey takes approximately 6–9 minutes to complete, your responses will remain confidential, and if a section doesn't apply to you, we'll simply guide you past it. Thank you for sharing your perspective and helping shape what comes next.
